Please check in for weekly rentals after 4pm on Friday on
the scheduled arrival date and check out by 11am (eastern
time) on the scheduled departure date.
Weekend rentals run Friday through Sunday pm.
Security
Deposit
A security deposit of $600.00 is required at the time the
reservation is made.

Guarantee
To guarantee your reservation, we must receive one half of
the rental fee, the security deposit and a signed rental agreement.
Children

Safety
gates, highchair, pack-n-play, jumper etc. are at the Beachwoods,
just let us know to make them available.
